Dr. Arzu Durukan, received Ph.D. in Social Anthropology after undergraduate and graduate studies in Food Engineering. She is now an instructor at Yeditepe University Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department in Turkey. She teaches courses on Food Anthropology, Culture, and History. She has published articles, book chapters, and a book called “Life in Kars”.
