Welcome to the Author Guidelines page for the 10th World Conference on Social Sciences and Humanities (SHCONF). Please read the following carefully before preparing your submission.

Abstract Instructions

Author’s Abstract Guidelines

Guidelines show how to get your abstract ready and send it for review. They give clear steps for word count, choosing keywords, and what to do after it is accepted, including registering and possible publication.

 

  • Submit your abstract for review by the Scientific Committee
  • If accepted, you will be invited to register for SHCONF
  • After the conference, you may be asked to submit your full paper for publication opportunities
  • If you do not submit a full paper, your abstract will still be published in the Abstract Book
  • Your presentation is only confirmed once the registration fee has been paid

Abstract requirements:

  • Length: 200–250 words
  • Keywords: 3–5 words
Paper Instructions

Author’s Full Paper Guidelines

We welcome original and unpublished research papers that contribute to the fields covered by the conference. By submitting, you confirm your work is not under review elsewhere.

  • Language of Full Paper
  • Papers must be written in English
  • Both American and British English are acceptable, but avoid mixing them
  • Authors are encouraged to use editing tools or services to ensure proper grammar and scientific style
  • Review Process for Full Paper
  • All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review
  • Papers are evaluated on originality, quality, and academic excellence
  • The submitting author must ensure that all co-authors approve the paper and agree with the submission
  • The publisher is not legally responsible for any compensation claims

  • Spacing: Single-spaced

  • Page numbers: Bottom-centered
  • Layout: One-column, portrait 
  • File format: MS Word-compatible file

Poster Instructions

Poster Guidelines

Poster guidelines explain how to set up and present your poster so it clearly shares your research and draws attention. Following them helps make your work visually strong and ready for the conference.

 

  • Poster size: A1 (international paper size)
  • Title, author names, and affiliations should be displayed at the top
  • Use visuals, images, and charts to make your poster engaging and easy to read
  • Posters must be based on the accepted abstract
  • Avoid foam core, thick/multi-layered materials, or pushpins. Ensure your poster can be mounted on the provided boards
  • Bring your printed poster with you to the conference

Standards outline the rules for honesty and integrity in every submission. Only original work is allowed, and any plagiarism will result in immediate rejection.

Speaker Instruction

Oral Presentation Guidelines

Guidelines give steps for preparing and giving a live presentation. Following them helps your talk go smoothly and keeps the audience interested.

 

  • Presentation length: ~15 minutes
  • You may use your preferred format (e.g., PowerPoint, PDF)
  • Necessary equipment will be provided upon request
  • Please arrive early to test and set up your presentation
