The World Conference on Social Sciences and Humanities took place for the fourth time, running from March 18 to 20, 2022, in Prague, Czech Republic. The international character of the event was heightened by delegates from Indonesia, the USA, Greece, Türkiye, India, Spain, China, and countries beyond.
The program included such varied topics as river-culture practices in Indonesia, mass incarceration in the USA, visual aesthetics and migration in Türkiye, dislocation and indigenous rights in India, theories of justice, regional public-health mortality trends in Spain, cultural perspectives on hate crime in North America, and the study of emotion and religion in China.
Through engaging with environmental, sociological, legal and cultural aspects of research, this event continued its cross-disciplinary tradition and supported the willingness to engage in global academic collaboration and cross-sector innovation.
